Then I came back in for a Cardo and Jay installed it in my helmet for me. Justin and Jay also helped me out with some other repairs following an accident and getting my parts all together and keeping me updated. Thank you to everybody that plays a part in this!

Codi P. was great. Answered my questions and walked me through a almost painless process. Let's be honest, the only painfully part are payments. Lol. But the experience I had at Redline was great start to finish. I was back and forth for a cpl days before I made the decision to buy. And recieved no grief from either Codi or the fiance dept for it. If and when it's time to purchase again I will definitely chose Redline.

On a previous visit I'd asked Gracie Newcomb to keep an eye out for a jet ski as I was in the market for one. Gracie promised she would do so. True to her word, a few weeks ago she called to tell me that she had gotten in a Yamaha WaveRunner that she thought I'd be interested in. Gracie was right...I was definitely interested! We struck a fair deal that we were both happy with. On Thursday evening the 29th, I picked up a beautiful VX Limited. Gracie had it fully serviced, winterized, cleaned up and ready to go for me. I was a bit late getting to the dealership to do the paperwork. Gracie stayed till after 7:00 that evening, long after closing, to make sure I was completely taken care of. I've now purchased twice from Gracie. Her product knowledge is impressive across a wide range of products. Two thumbs up for Gracie! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again.

Gracie Newcomb was my salesperson. I told her I wanted to get into dirt biking. We talked about all the different brands they carried. She asked what features and benefits were important to me (ie...electric start, fuel injected, four stroke, etc.). She helped me narrow it down to the Kawasaki KLX-R 300. The bike is perfect for me needs! Gracie was freaking awesome....going so far as to even personally deliver the bike to my house. Gracie is a real pro. For sure look her up if you're shopping for a 'toy'. I'll definitely buy from Gracie again!

I saw the motorcycle I'd been looking for online in Prince George Va. But I needed it shipped to Kentucky which is not an easy process. Fortunately I had Chris Spahr for a sales rep who successfully took me through the whole process. The motorcycle is now at my home and I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Called Product Specialist Adam Stevens at 9am, told him I needed a RZR Trail like, yesterday and if he had one in stock, I'd be there to pick it up that afternoon. As it turned out, he DID have one and he was very prompt, efficient and attentive in seeing that everything moved forward as quickly and smoothly as possible. Needless to say, the RZR Trail was on my trailer and pulling out of the lot by 4pm that same day. In the midst of providing the best service ever, Adam also found time to give us a tour of the dealership, where he introduced us to the very knowledgeable and personable Mr. Farmer in the Service Department and walked us through the Parts and Accessories Department. I can't say enough about the great attitude Adam has!! Great experience!!!

Spoke to Ian over the phone and was very helpful and understanding to my situation being deployed to Afghanistan. Despite not having a work email he facilitated his personal email so we could stay in contact for after the service on my bike the shipping company can pick up the bike. He was concerned with no one wrongfully taking my bike. That is what I call good service. I have had bad luck with 2 businesses already, one stealing all of my house hold goods during a move from MD to CA. Hard to find people you can trust from here.
